Erectile dysfunction is very, very embarassing!
1. Regular Kegel Exercises
This is a special exercises that involves squeezing the muscles around the muscles around the genitals and anus.
This is how:
- Squeeze the muscles around your genitals the same way you do when you want to hold back a fart or interrupt urination.
- Make sure the muscles of the buttocks and thighs are fully relaxed.
- Squeeze (hold for a few seconds), then release.
- Do this regularly, everywhere, and several times in a day — every where you go!
2. Stay Hydrated
You see, dehydration is the cause of weak erection for many men and this is because erection requires good blood volume and flow, muscle functions and nerve action. Staying hydrated helps these functions and even more.
Therefore, stay hydrated and never stay thirsty for long. Get good water and always stay hydrated.
3. Eat Fruits and Vegetables
You see, fruits and vegetables contain minerals, phytochemicals, antioxidants that helps libido, nerve actions, muscle functions and blood flow in the body. Anemia which is low amount of blood, is the major cause of weak erection among men. Therefore, eat fruits and vegetables. Daily intake of supplements with multivitamins if you are deficient in any way.
4. Regular Exercise
This helps with those vital prerequisites I mentioned above for good erection. Engage in regular exercises for at least 3 times in a week especially brisk walking, skipping, jogging, cycling and swimming.
5. Positive Emotional State
Manage stress effectively. Stress kills sex life because sex starts from the mind and not the genitals. Self confidence and good self esteem is very important. See yourself as a great lover and most times, your body will follow the state of your mind.
