Last week, we saw that Premature Ejaculation is the inability of a man to control when he “cums” or choose when to ejaculate—and so, he releases faster than he wants! We, also, saw that the basic cause, for most men, is poor sex skills (and not disease).

This week (and next), we will be looking at some practical helpful sex tips, skills, and techniques and to help guys last longer.

Today, we are starting the 2 of the top powerful sex tips (or techniques) out there: Kegel’s exercise and the Start-and-stop technique.

1. KEGEL’S EXERCISE

Imagine you are urinating…and you want to stop urinating, you want to stop the urine from flowing…there is something you do—a particular tiny muscle contraction in your pelvis that you do, in order to stop the urine from flowing. That is the basis of the Kegel’s exercise.

To help you identify this contraction, place your fingers behind your “testes”, in-between your scrotum and anus, and press lightly. Then assume that you are trying to urinate, and then contract to stop urinating, you will feel the bulge and contraction with your fingers.

Kegel’s exercise entails doing that contraction as often as possible—everyday, everywhere (of course, without putting your hands behind your scrotum!)

After few weeks, you sex-life will change forever!

2. START-AND-STOP TECHNIQUE

The goal here is to help you not to get carried away with the sexual intercourse—because that is what happen to people who cum quickly! It will help you not to get over-excited, or be lost in the sexual pleasures and arousal. The key of this technique is to observe yourself carefully while having sex. Notice how your sexual feeling is rising and rising, and make sure you do not let it rise to the “point of no return” where you can’t help yourself but release. When your sexual feeling rises to a particular point, stop, calm down, stop thrusting, stop moving …and allow the feeling to fall down a bit, and fall again…and then start the sexual activity again. Keep doing this—start, rise a little, stop, let the sexual feeling fall again, start again—over and over till you are ready to cum. Then you allow yourself proceed to the “point of no return” and cum.

This requires a lot of practice to get used to it. Be patient. Don’t give up when you fail. Ask you partner to co-operate with you and assist you. Communicate.
