Never be careless with your health. Put everything you know to practice.

Learn the proper use of drugs. Use traditional medicine cautiously. Stop smoking. Reduce your alcohol intake.
Obey simple road signs and rules. Know how to help yourself during a bomb-blast. Acquire some basic first-aid skills.
Be wise about sex. Practise family planning. Treat every pregnant lady with much care. Ensure every baby is exclusively breast-fed. Ensure every child is completely immunized. Protect and provide for the female child.
Maintain an attitude of gratitude. Always choose to forgive. Practise intermittent fasting. Enjoy the benefits of your religion and spirituality. Develop a healthy view of death and dying.
Learn to protect and preserve the environment. Always remember that prevention is better and cheaper than cure.
